A Polite Way to Embed MIDI Files

This page contains a short script which will let people who haven't disabled javascript to hear an embedded MIDI file. Those who dislike javascript pages and pages with embedded files only have to set their browser's preference to disable javascript and they won't get either.

Page writers, please list the source of this page and use this code in your page. The way the code is written it will be hidden from many old browsers, but not all, so it would be best to put this at the bottom of your page.

It would be nice if browsers such as Netscape gave the user the option to ignore embedded files, but until they do this is a way to treat your visitors kindly.

This page has been politely enhanced to use a MIDI plugin.
If you don't like embedded files, just disable javascript.
